The animals from Atelier Ludens are made with the utmost care. Yet, sometimes things go wrong in the mail, during unpacking, or in use. What then?
After painting, the animals have been varnished with a weather-resistant varnish. This means they can be wiped down with a damp cloth. Small scratches can be touched up with a waterproof marker.
The cords are made of nylon and are supposed to support the weight effortlessly, but they may still break if you pull too hard. The cords can be replaced. At Atelier Ludens, they are attached using crimp beads, but a simple knot works just as well.
The wings are attached to the body with tiny screws; this, too, sometimes proves to be a delicate spot for children's hands that may still be somewhat uncoordinated. Please contact us to discuss how this can be resolved (remotely).
And of course, sometimes things just go wrong. No worries, we stand by our work and are here to help!
The hook broke, and from a height of three meters (12 feet), that is quite a significant fall.
In the event of such damage, simply get in touch. We can then discuss the best option together. Almost all animals can fly normally again after an hour's work and sometimes some drying time.
