This is how the ordering process works
Ordering your handmade flying animal from Atelier Ludens is simple and personal. Follow the steps below for a smooth processing of your order. For custom orders please email us at: hallo@atelierludens.nl to discuss your dream animal.
Place your order
Because there is only a small stock of handmade animals, please send an email to hallo@atelierludens.nl. Clearly state which animal you would like, the desired color or color scheme, and the size. You will receive a response within 24 hours.
Shipping & delivery time
It usually takes a week before your order can be shipped. Shipping is done by post. Many animals have a tail that is too thick for a letterbox. By arrangement, it can be sent separately, and you can attach the tail yourself with some glue. In that case, most can be sent as a letterbox package.
Easy payment
Payments are made easily via Tikkie or a QR code sent by email. As soon as the order is confirmed and ready for shipment, you will receive the payment instructions.
